Statement of candidates for vacancies for judges of Court of Cassation

According to Article 166.3 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia and Article 143.2 of the constitutional law of the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly, the Supreme Judicial Council has nominated 3 candidates for 3 vacancies of judges of the Court of Cassation.

The following candidates have been nominated for the vacancy in the judicial staff of the Anti-Corruption Chamber of the Court of Cassation:

1. Armen Danielyan

2.Yelizaveta Danielyan

3. Arsen Nikoghosyan

The following candidates have been nominated for the vacancy in the judicial staff of civil cases of the Anti-Corruption Chamber of the Court of Cassation.

1. Karen Aghajanyan

2. Lisa Grigoryan

3. Karen Tumanyan

The following candidates have been nominated for the vacancy of the Civil Chamber of the Court of Cassation:

1. Vahagn Torosyan

2.Lilit Khachatryan

3. Ani Mkhitaryan, the statement signed by the NA Vice President, the NA Acting President Ruben Rubinyan says.
